Chairperson – Priest in Charge – vacancy

Secretary – Pat Smith
Arranges meetings, circulates agendas, and takes all minutes for all meetings. Has regular contact with the Diocesan Office, and ensures our church is kept up to date with all correspondence.

Treasurer – Ian Westcott
Oversees our church finances and, with the Vestry, is responsible for all accounts, budget, gift aid and insurances.

Rector’s Warden – Doreen Tannock
Shares in Leadership/Chairing duties of church meetings and the organising thereof, as well as in administration and ministry. Also provides guidance and advice in regular discussions with our Minister, on a range of parish issues.

People’s Warden – Elizabeth Copinger
The congregation’s first point of contact if they have any questions or concerns and can raise these for discussion with the Vestry if needed. Maintains contact with those unable to attend church.

Lay Representative – Pat Smith
Our representative for Diocesan and regular events at Ayrshire Regional Council of Episcopal Churches, attending 9 meetings a year to share the news and activities of our church and hear the same from others.

Alternate Lay Representative – Chizitere Azogama
Works with Lay Rep in the Regional Council, as above, and stands in as deputy when needed.

Elected Members of Holy Trinity Vestry :-
Kim Main, Barbara Cowley and Alasdair Smith.
These are members elected to Vestry by the Congregation to stand as their representative in decision making and the running of the church.
